Order numbers are sent via email after purchase. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE REACHING OUT REGARDING ORDERS. Due to high volume, It can take can take up to 5  BUSINESS days for your order to process and  between 3-5 BUSINESS days for your order to be delivered. Weekends and Holidays are NOT included in the timeframe. Processing/Shipping time CAN be delayed due to high volume. (PRE-ORDERS takes approximately 15-20 business days). ALL orders will be processed in the order they are received. Orders are packaged and shipped out daily. Peak times may be an extension longer than the initial time frame.  Due to Covid-19, postal carriers are experiencing delays in delivery and orders may take longer than usual. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand this is out of our control and is a global issue. We appreciate your patience and support and are doing our best to ship orders in a timely manner.

REFUNDS:

The Real Rose Girl will NOT be issuing refunds of any sort. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Due to the nature of our product, items cannot be returned once it has been opened. Be sure to enter your address correctly at checkout. Having an incomplete address WILL delay your order. We will NOT be held responsible for any lost packages due to customer entry. If in the event a package has to be shipped back to sender, your order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued (shipping not included).  Please contact your local post office for further assistance if your item has been marked delivered but not received. It is best to include a phone number or email address at checkout incase we have to contact you in regards to your order. All offline payments must be paid immediately!

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

If you believe you may have a defective product please contact us via Chat Support to report the item as defective. Please be sure to include your name/ order number and allow up to 14 BUSINESS days for testing and quality insurance. We will issue you a reship at no cost. All products are under 30 Day warranty. STORE PICK UP::

(PICKUP ONLY) Text (601) 780-5715 to schedule pickup. Be sure to include your NAME & ORDER NUMBER. You have approximately 7 days to pick up your order after purchasing. We will not hold your order longer than a week.  Pickups are located in North Jackson.
